Not issuing of passport

Dear Sir,

i have submitted my duly filled form for passport having registration no. F007429 in 2007 but there is always a single message on the status page of website that Your police verification report is being returned to the concerned police authorities for re-verification/completion/photo attestation". but no re enquiry is coming as the previous one has already been completed successfully.

Nothing is going on since last three years
