Correction Name Speling

Dear Sir

I am a holder of Passport No. G9874918 issued on 14/07 on Lucknow. But there is a mistake in my name speling it is MOHAMMAD AISF instead of MOHAMMAD ASIF. Althogh i had attached correct documents. But due to lake of time i did not applied for correction and went to Saudi Arabia. Now I want to do this correction at Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

So please tell me what is the procidure to apply for correction.if possible send reply to my email address [email protected]
