Post not reached/delivered the destination

Hi,

I had sent a DD through ordinary post to Bits Pilani on 18 Dec. I have been sending it through ordinary post since 2 years and have never faced any problems. Expecting the same, this time also I dared to send DD through ordinary post as there was enough time to reach before the last day of registration. But, this time it has not reached and resulted into me not eligible for the exam this semister. Now I need the DD for it to be cancelled. And there is no way to track the packet.

I have been blamed for not sending it through Speed or Registered post. But I could see around 50-60 complaints regarding these posts too. I do not believe in complaining or blaming Govt organizations for no reason, but the number of complaints are making me loose faith on them.

Could you please look into these complaints and take the proper action?
