Would like to bring toyour notice that i dont receive my important documents on time. Once my bank had issued me a letter requesting me to submit my documents before 15days from the day the letter was dispached but i recived the after the due date and i was charged penalty this has repeatedly happen again i was despacted a letter from police station for my NOC bt its been mre than 8 days havnt received it. KIndly help me with the postman service. because important letter cheques not received on time creates a lot of problem
