Indian Post Office
Money Order not reaching

I have sent a money order of Rs 5000 to south city 2 post office PIN-122018 on dated 16/05. The person refused to take the money on 25/05. The money is not getting returned to me. While talking to Post office the Post office incharge is telling that there is some technical problem. I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and get my money returned to me.
