Misbehave and refusal for ticket

I was in a immediate need of travelling pass and due to mis conduct of booking officer

I missed my train and he abused me as there was no reason for his refusal to perform his assigned duty.

I am from jodhpur (rajasthan) and this happened to me at mahamandir railway station compter reservation centre.
