NOn receipt of important document sent via speedpost

Please note that an envelop despatched by South East Central Railway, Bilaspur, to Punrasar Engineers & Traders/Kolkata, sent via speed post under docket no. EE825632359IN on 06-7, but it is regretted that the above post is not yet received at kolkata. On checking the status throught the website it is found that that the article has been bagged in bag noEE824027217IN.

On inquiring from both the post offices i.e at bilaspur & kolkata both are putting the blame on other.one at bilaspur is saying that their responsibility is only to dispatch and that they are cannot confrim its status after that and the one at kolkata is saying that their responsiblity starts only after they receive the materilas and ultimately it is me who is at such a bigg loss because the envelope contained very important documents.simply cannot understand the carelessness of this people and the ease with which they deny their responsibilities.
