We are traumatised by the rude behaviour and harrasment from the postmaster of Vaishali Nagar - Jaipur Post office. We wanted to close the accounts opened as per Senior Citizen Savings scheme prematurely after the sad demise of my Husband couple weeks ago.
The PostMaster has literally harrased us citing technical errors in the Account closing forms atleast 5 times.
Is this the way country treats its Senior Citizens..? Is this the way India Post Office grooms its elite staff in the posts of repute where they should be helpful and insightful to senior citizens and other customers.
Post Master is really a stubborn and rude person who won't even care of your plight. Without even listening he will say this task will take 3 -4 months to complete. I don't know, if you have any problems please approach my higher authorities.
Does the GPM (General Post master) of Rajasthan wing aware of such malpratices..?
Does the dept of Post Office encourages its staff with deal with end customers in such way..?
What is the recourse for this..?
Can we see some ray of light from such harrowing experiences.?
if such is the condition in a Capital City, what will happen at smaller towns and villages..?
