Lock of road by trucks and rickhaw

Dear sir

I am the ressident of D BLOCK TAGORE GARDEN EXT new delhi 27 here we are very sick of road blockage due to number of unauthorised shops in D BLOCK i have no problem with there bussines but they block road with there trucks and rickshaw over the day even at night too, some times we face lot of problem due to this we cannot cross our cars eventhou we have good roads in our area, all road are blocked with there viechles we the ressident of D BLOCK are very sick of this please help us and take nessesary steps
