Non delivery of urgent lette

Dear sir,

i had poster a letter dated 08/12 AND 09/12 from kolkkata to udaipur (tripura) in the name of MR. GAUTAM KUMAR GHOSH, N.B.C.C. LTD, NORTH BANK OF MAHADEV DIGHI, UDAIPUR, SOUTH TRIPURA. but it is not been reached in the receivers hand yet today. please go through the complaint and place action.
