Postal Registry with A.D
Non- availability of the Registered A.D

I had registered an envelope with A.D. addressed to the Public Information Officer, Office of the Block Development Officer, Chanditala- II, P.O. Chanditala Dist Hooghly on 3/11/09 from Chanditala Sub- Post Office Hooghly, W.B. bearing no RLAD A 348 at 10.34 am. But the A.D. not returned yet. As a result I could not understand the date of receipt of the registered letter which is very necessity to me. Please confirm me the date of receipt of the letter.
