Sir,
illegal construction has been started on the 3rd floor roof (4th floor) of plot no 3572, Raja Park, Near Rani bagh, Delhi-34, plot is of 200sqyd. 3rd floor roof Left Side has been started illegal construction, so there is risk of building getting damaged. The said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws, we r already comliant in mcd vide compliant no. 627 on 11/06 and 649 on 16/06 but no response from mcd side and owner of 3rd floor done his job continue and constuction in full flash.
in view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 3rd floor roof (4th floor)
