i have a issue with my excessive bill amount

currently i have been billed the sum of Rs 3000 by the maharashtra electricity distribution board, which is improper because i dont have any high voltage Electronic equipment

Every time we register complain about this the Excessive bill amount, the metre reading come down to 400 to 600 Rs but this is only for the limited period, after one or 2 months the Electricity bill jump up to 1500 to 2, 000 Rs the last bill was for three thousand Rs

Please kidney look in this matter hence I have tried every think possible from my side resolve the matter.
