I do not know whether it is valid place for it and if it is not there should be some place to add the COMPALIANTS THAT WILL BE REALLY ADRESSED.
Electric connection is disconnected yesterday evening for our home without any prior notice. If my understanding is clear as per doc “Consumer_Right_Statement_Eng.pdf” on your site it should be informed 15 days before. It says “RIGHT TO RECEIVE NOTICE AND DUE PROCESS PRIOR TO
DISCONNECTION AND PROCEDURE OF RECONNECTION”
“To receive minimum fifteen clear days’ notice in writing beforedisconnection under default of payment under section 56 of the Act.”
I am not very good in English and I again say I might have misunderstood it but at least I understand if I have paid bill there should not be disconnection.
I have paid the bill for May and June on 23rd August. Recpt No. 78844283.
I went to launch complaint and person there said you have not paid bill for May hence it is disconnected. There it was again different drama and I was feeling that I am a person who does not know anything and all my education is waste. I do not want to describe it here and waste my time.
Till now there no electricity in my home.
Is there any way to get it connected back?
