MOTHER NAME CHANGE IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day for you.

Please advise me how i can change the mother name in my TWINS kids (boys) birth certificates.

At the time of delivery in Hospital (Mata Chanan Devi, Janakpuri) we wrongly mention mother home name Sanjana Marwah in admission form.

Now we want to change as per my wife passport name Sonu Marwah.

When we contact with our local MCD department in Rajouri Garden they ask me for submit the Hospital Correction Letter and NOC along with copy of my wife Passport, Bank Statement and Bond which we already submit six months ago.

After more then six months chasing him every week they told me my file is reject and now i have to contact with other person in MCD at Minto road.

Please advise what we do now???
