Emoval of kachra dabbas from in front of my shop

Hi,

i recently bought a shop which was vacant since 15 years, and now i would like to use that shop. But MCGM has kept kachra dabbas in front of shop since they were vacant for long. now i want them to remove kachra dabbas. I have written many complaints but seems there is no result.

what should i do? how should i fight?
