Passport Status Not Updated

I have applied for PCC at R.P.O Delhi, but after looking into status of my application following info

"File Reference Number (DLH-E007590-10) is either wrong or Information NOT available" shown. Even it also shows site last updated on 16-09.

Please guide me to whom I need to ask.
