MCA SRN (not to be taken on record)

I have filed Forn No - 5 by paying Rs.50000.00 vide SRN A69817872 dated 23.09.2009. The e Form has been kept for Resubmission without any querry but after the resubmission period mca has declared the e form invalid and not to be taken in record.

As i have no fault and reminder mail has been received from the MCA. I prey to reopen the e form for resubmission. In case the same is not possible then the amount should be refunded to the company.
