Delay in delivery of passport

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is very regret to infrom you that, i have made application on 23-11 no. HYDW26339409 with all supporting documents, and with all my enquiries over internet i understand that passport no. is allowed to me but there is very much delay in dilvery of my passport, It is showing the same message "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since last 2-3 months, I kindly request you to immediately look into the matter and please deliver my passport at the earliest.
