Inspite of constant complaints no one came to my residence to check my MSEB meter reading and the bill would get generated for 3 years on an average conumption. Finally with rigorous complaint procedure we got the bill created and had to pay arrears to the tune of 1, 25, 000 for 3 years. We were assured that the problem is now solved but again since last 2 months inspite of constant reminders to the officers in-charge no one has again come to take the meter reading nor the bill has been generated.
I do not understand how to resolve this problem as we are both working and do not have the time to keep going to the MSEB office again and again
