Toilet fee at bus stands

I need to know about the government charges for using municipal toilets at bus stands. As per my information 2 Rs/- for boy and girls each. But whenever i go there... they charge 5 Rs for girls. Kindly check that, If I am wrong. And please tell me the actual charges.
