There are a few residents in Government school lane, Madhuranagar, Visakhapatnam who have illegally connected the municipal tap connection to their water pump suction. Thus the others are completely deprived of whatever little water is supplied on alternate days. The water also gets polluted and there is a danger of infections. Telling the offenders to stop the practice of connecting directly to pump is falling on deaf ears.
The Municipal Corporation Water Supply Department may kindly carry out checks so that this practice stops.
