Not receiving bill payments within office hours

I have visited Mysore one centre at Ramakrishna Nagar, I Block, Mysore on 24.07.2012 at 7.25 P.M. for payment of my electricity and telephone bills. The centre was closed even though the timings displayed there is from 8.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M.. Disappointed with this I again tried on 25.07.2012 at around 6.30 P.M.. The office was open. However, they denied to receive the money under the pretext - server down, and they were preparing to close the office at that time. My complaint is that as the Mysore one centre is supposed to work from 8.00 A.M.to 8.00 P.M., however is not working as per the time norms displayed by them and in turn causes problems for the people like us. Hence, I request the concerned to look into this and take appropriate action against the concerned.
