Issue of new passport

Dear Sir,

I applied for passport on 13.09.2009 Vide file Nol. A038271 there after police verification also over. After that passport office has informed to submitte 3 copies of personal particulars. As per the instruction I have submitted the personal particulars 3 time two time direct in the passport office and one time by registered post. But still today no action has been taken. I am a Central Government exployee and taken voluntery retirement. All the required documents are submitted on the time of applaying the passport. It is my humble request kindly issue my passport at an early date.
