Collection of household Garbage

Dear Officer Concerned,

I would like to draw your attention towards the noncompliance of the duty of the staff of Nagar Nigam, Meerut which has been deployed to collect the household garbage (kachra) from door to door on daily basis.

Despite complaining many times personally the supervisor present at the garbage van no person comes with hand rickshaw to collect the garbage to the houses in our street regularly. During last one month only two times one person came. Now it has been FIFTEEN days that no one has come to perform this daily duty.

Can you please look in to the matter seriously and ask any concerned staff to pick garbage daily from the houses on the street of K.V.S.S. School, sector-8, Jagriti Vihar, Meerut. Also I would appreciate if their supervisor personally check regularly, the compliance of the duty of the subordinate staff. It's his duty to check all this.
