myself Naresh Kumar, citizen of New Delhi, INDIA. My complaint is regarding my name printed on PAN card is short, my name is "Naresh Kumar" and the name printed on PANcard is "Naresh", i am adding Kumar in my name. How to change it. Sir please suggest me as soon as possible. Thanking you
