With respect to Indian govt. & department of post India it is extremely sorry to say that I have been harassed for my money and my time. I think govt. of India stands for the general public and for their values, but as per my case there are no such circumstances. So I am herewith losing all my interest to this country’s political and revenue system. My case was of issuance of duplicate NATIONAL SAVINGS CERTIFICATE S/N no: 30EE 142054 for amount Rs: 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) ISSUE DATE: 21-03 with registration no: 727667 and redemption date as 21-03 from SANSAD MARG H.P.O NEW DELHI-110001. The complaint was made in written with application form and police complaint with complaint no. as NS/DUP/74/08-09 and receipt date as 23-09 with all documents attested & attached. From the day of the receipt to till date there is no reply from your department at any way neither when visiting the office again and again nor by any mailing means. It is now more than 2 years & 10 months with redemption date, as I am losing my interest for the time period, my principle amount, my time, my trust towards your department and my illness towards facing this matter. It is my kind request to your department to look after this issue as urgent and prior basis as this matter is disturbing a lot to me now. A public complaint of this letter is also been generated to consumer compliant forum, and online consumer complaints. Also to the officials of the department of postal India and Ministry of Communications and Information Technology hoping for urgent and positive reply.
