NSDL PAN Acknowledgement No. 881010206151714. It's been 3 months from today i have been trying to get my PAN Card updated by my second name from maiden name. I have provided all the relevant documents. But department is not taking care of it and i have been calling only at the customer care number endless times. No body bothered to get it changes either giving excuses of not valid documents. Some executives said all documents provided are valid and waiting for approval for tax department on the other hand some executives are saying your documents are not valid. Some says your second name is not on your marriage card. Only the excuses no results... hopeless services... corrupted people.
