We are facing a different and difficult problem since more than 3 years. Our neighbours constructed newly a larger 3-storeyed building which contains more than 40 portions of houses and shops.
They constructed all their septic tanks beside and behind (semi encircling) our home. All the gas and water released from their septic tanks surges in, into and around our home. We tried to complain this to the neighbour house owners, raised concern with muncipality of the town & also, complained to police (Circle Inspector, Sub Inspector & Deputy Superintending Police officer). But, the authorities are not taking our complaint with serious note, as we are unable to show the stench physically to prove. Moreover, the trouble causing house owner, if the authorities tries to enquire, neighbour house owner sops the authorities with money and influence. When, we tried to raise our problem, our neighbour resorted to threaten, attacked, ransacked us and our home for at least 5 times. Even, he threatens us to vaccate our house to occupy it.
This problem is causing severe stenching, which causing severe health hazards ranging from headaches, breathing problems, incovenience, to longterm health impacts and mental tensions. We are middle class family and home what we live in our own property. We cannot afford to move from our home or can live with the prevalent trouble by the neighbours.
We want to know, how can we get rid of this problem of septic problems by the neighbours and will live with good environmental ambience peacefully?
