NSC Certificate of Indian postal dept
Non issue of duplicate certificate due to loss of certificate

I have applied for duplicate issue of my lost NSC Certificate no 6NS/52DD187350 dt 8.11.06 of rs5000/- In the name of Probir Kumar Banerjee & Minoti banerjee Purchased from Rashbehari post office Kolkata -700029 Alipore juduridiction..All formallities has been done by me as per requirement of post office for lost NSC & enquiry also done by them, but till date they are not issuing my cft. In this regard I Contacted several time to postal dept with documental evidence at least 10 times but action not taken yet to issue the cft.

I do not know how to get this money from postal dept. please help.
