Delay in Consignment No - 2600053035

Dear Team

I am residing with my family at H.NO - 1959 RANI BAGH, DELHI - 110034 from the last 12 years but Overnite Courier returned the courier having Consignment No - 2600053035 by remark on it as "SHIFTED". Now when I talked to them at 011-26782222 Dt 20-04 02:10 pm, they are not ready to recheck/ confirm the actual reason for marking as SHIFTED. Even there was no massage conveyed before returning the packet back to Hydrabad. It contains the refund cheque of Rs 63000/- and I have to loose "interest due to delay" and it also waste my time to follow up with KARVY.

I can't expect/allow this type of remarks from reputed courier company.

Pls look in to the matter and take action action against the company for arrange the interest for delay in courier.
