Overnite parcel
Courier not delivered

I had sent a courier AWP# 7040708544 through Overnite Parcel on 8th Feb.

It reached Kochi on 14 Feb but did not reached Patnamthitta in Kerela (hardly 50 Kms from Kochi) even after two days on 16 Feb.

I have been tired of calling the Kochi office but do not get any concrete reason. Irrespective of multiple reminder emails and phone calls, i did not get any reply when the courier would reach the consignee.

Very pathetic service.
