Speed post service

I stay at Ashoka Enclave-III, Sector 35, Faridabad. There is only one post office at Amar Nagar which is catering to a very vast & thickly populated area. With the result, it remains overcrowded throughout the day. For a speed post service, one has to wait for 3 to 4 hours at the counter (outside & shabby) & then one is not sure whether the work will be done or not.because their computer server remains down invariably. I suggest following steps :-

1. Postal Deptt. should open one post office in Ashoka Enclave (part I, II, III & Main). having population of at least 50000 persons.

2. There should be a senior citizen/ladies counter for weaker section.
