Passport delay - PRO

Dear sir/Madam,

This is regarding passport delay concern. I submitted the application for indian passport on date 14May at passport collection centre sonipat, But I have not received passport till date (04/01). My File Referance no is Z480404. Police enquary has been also done. When i enquaried through internet The comments are showing that No information available regarding this File Ref. No. Pls Help me to get my passport as soon as possible.
