Not deliver the Pass Port By Postal Dept

I Sreeuma, Indian Pass Port office has been dispatched my Pass Port By postal, still i have not received it. This is the proof of Indian pass port sending message: Passport has been despatched by post on 24-03 vide postal Registration Number S082695.

kindly solve this issue & make it deliver as early as possible.
