Passport application not yet processed

I am ramesh applied for passport in the month of October. But till date the status is not updated, and i am unable to trace.when i go for check with online by putting reference number the following message is displaying.

File Reference Number (VSP-Z010738-11) is either wrong or Information NOT available.

Details: N V RAMESH KANNEGANTI

Ref no- VSP-Z010738-11

D.O.B- 10-Aug-1988.

I request you to look into the matter and let me know the status of my application.
