Status of passport

Dear Sir,

I had applied for passport on 11/07 from Dhule office File No. Z071179 Police enquiry completed on

22/07 but i had not issued the passport in enquiry status it displyed as the file is closed. Can i apply for new paasport or the same will be issued me.
