Dear Sir,

Application Date :04/20 FILE NO.BPL A011854 grievance dated 26/10/10, 30/110/10 and 1/112010

Status: Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be dispatched by 18-09. Subject to all documents being in order.

Grievance: I have applied for passport in the month of March. The state report is showing from the last two months that it will be dispatched by 18/09. But it is not delivered to me till now. I request you to please arrange to send at the earliest to enable me to apply for visa for studies at Canada. My email id [email protected]
