Delay in passport

I, Sripathi Venkata Swathi, applied for change of surname, address & addition of spouse name in my passport on April 27th as per my husbands passport & marriage certificate vide file no. HYDR00358310.

Yet my police verification was completed on 20th of November, I didn’t received my passport.

My husband was going to Dubai in February. I need my passport to travel along with him. Please try to issue my passport as early as possible.
