Delay in Passport

Dear Passport issue Officer,

This is regarding my new passport My name is Amit Kumar 26 yrs of age and working in coparate private sector compnay, my passport file no:- A048049 & i had applied dated on 22-jul. at patna passport office. Its already 20 days left but still there is no process has been found in passport creation.i am in private sector compnay and iahve to go abroad soon. pls help to get it done ASAP.
