Delay in Issuing of Passport

I have been waiting from such a long time to get my passport. My passport file no. HYDZ606967 and date of birth is 25/08/1989. My file submitted to RPO office on 12-10. I am keep on getting message "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "
