Police verification report not recieved message in passport status

Hi sir/ madam,

I have applied for passport in June. police verification is completed in first week of July.

Still in the site (http://passportstatus.nic.in), it is showing POLICE VERIFICATION REPORT NOT RECIEVED as status. I got the police verification file number from regional passport officer, nellore as 5999/11. I've mailed to Hyderabad passport office also. still no action is taken on it.

please try to solve the problem.
