DELAY IN DESPATCH OF PASSPORT

Sir, I had applied for renewal of my passport on 25/8.My file No is L/011091/11.Till this date the status shows submit your marriaige certificate. I have submitted the same 1 month back. But the status remains the same. Kindly let me know what is the real problem and when I can expect my passport
