It is shocking to point out that none of the passport officers in the country pickup phone of people. If it is so, why the Govt. provide ph to them. It seems that phones provided to them are purely for their personal use. Minister of external affairs must personally look into the matter, though they are going to take any action in the matter. Hence, God save them.
