Non Receipt of RD Passbook on transfe

Sir,

I am having a RD of Rs.500/- per month (total amount 6500/-) at Tapri Post Office 172104, Kinnaur Dist. Himachal Pradesh and. My Account No. is 207271. Following my transfer to Shahabad, Dist. Gulbarga

I applied for transfer of RD a/c to Shahabad ACC Post Office - 585229 on 21.07.2010 and they sent the passbook vide RL 160 dt. 21.7.10.

Till today i.e 16.12.2010 the pass book and related documents have not reached Shahabad ACC Post Office.

May please help.
