Pf office gurgaon
PF not refunded

I submitted my PF form in Bharti Airtel on the 3rd September. They forwarded it to PF office on the 12 November. Idealy within the the months PF is refunded. How ever in my case 5 months already passed away & i'm still waiting for my PF refund. Every time i call PF office a lady picks the phone & confirms that your PF refund is under process. She once also said that due to staff shortage it's taking longer than expected. Please look into the matter.
