Bus Fail always

Respected Sir/Madam,

We are the daily passenger of PMPML Bus no. 1198 and Rout No. 130/1.

we all near about 40 to 50 passenger ushing daily this bus from yewalewadi at 10.00 am, but the problem is that this bus always fail in the rout once in a week, and no one taking any action about this, we request the bus driver and conductor to chang the bus for this rout but he says that your go to depo and say all this problem to depo manager, we can't do anythig for you. dear sir kindly do the faithfull for us this is the request from all of us.
