Reminder of the previous complaint

I have already sent you my complaint on 27.11.2009 but I have not received any answer.

What is going on in my matter. I am given my matter again, it is hereunder:

I have deposited my PLI form on 18.09.2009 to Shri S.N. Sharma, who was working in PLI section, Head Post Office, Bharatpur. Presently he is Post Master, Head Post Office, Bharatpur. Also I have deposited Rs.1390/- on 18.09.2009 vide PLI Receipt No. A-8905 in Head Post Office, Bharatpur (Raj.) (as recommended by Shri S.N. Sharma).

At that time he told that PLI Pass book will be issued within 15 days but it is still not received after passing of two month. I have contacted several times with Shri Sharma but he has not given any proper answer. Every time he has told that you have got that pass book within 5 days but my case is still pending.

I am soundly harrash with this behavior of your department.

Now I am not interest in this PLI due to this type of harrashment.

Kindly refund my money immediately vide cheque or draft in favour in my name and send this by registered or speed post at my following address:
