Postal Life Insurance
NON RECEIPT OF PLI BOND

I enrolled in PLI proposal No.761187 during the year 2006 through 56 APO, while i was serving in Kashmir. But my policy Bond papers have not yet been received by me. On enquiry from Addl Dte Gen, APS, (PLI Cell) C/O 56 APO, they have intimated that the monthly premium amounting to Rs.635/- wef May to Oct & Dec (07 months) have not yet been deposited. Whereas, the said amount for the above periods have been deducted from the Pay & Allowances by PAD BSF, New Delhi.

Kindly do the needful to get my bond papers despatched to me at the earliest possible please. My name is Vivek Shukla, Service Regt. No.944557365 and im serving in Border Security Force.
