Kindly provide with more counters at Andheri Ration office (ar rather every government office). We understand there is high population but having only 1 counter working for only 4 hours in a day is certainly not enough. Why can't we have more counters, recruit more people (as we say there is unemployment, why don't we recruit people here). Why can't we have shades and seating arrangements and cleanliness and freshrooms at such places. Overload of work leads to frustration and same frustration comes out on common people. There are elders going for such work (as working people cannot apply for leave application in their offices to get entertained in BMC offices) and they recieve so much amount of disrespect after waiting for hours in the sun... and still work not done for months..
